This PR is attempting to implement the CREDENTIAL_MODE_END_USER_VALUE way of talking to BigLake not the CREDENTIAL_MODE_VENDED_CREDENTIALS_VALUE way so this BigLake setting is not appropriate here. My bad. @adutra I suggest changing my personal cloud so that "vended-credentials" is not needed here (as you originally noted) and raising another PR that addresses the "Vended Credentials" method of talking to BigLake.
