Conceptually, this class merely passes some user-defined properties to the Iceberg catalog impl. This is fine. However, do we have to elevate a sub-set of those properties to explicit Polaris OpenAPI properties?.. I'm not sure. I believe keeping the Polaris API generic and uniform for all federated catalog properties might be preferable.
