Enh: import-mbox.py should be able to import individual files
At present the importer is designed to import all matching files in a
directory.
Whilst it is possible to provide a full file name to the --ext parameter,
it would be better if importing a single file could be done more naturally via
the --source parameter.
i.e. if the --source parameter is a file, import it, if it is a directory,
scan it for files that match the extension
