Enh: import-mbox dry run should exercise as much as possible of the code
At present the dry run flag skips the code which sets up the BulkThread.
This ignores some chunks of code that don't update/read the database.
It would be best to do everything apart from actually sending the data to
the database.
This would allow more thorough testing, e.g. can dump the contents of the
bulk thread arrays.
