AFAICT read/unread marking is a feature of the browser rather than Pony
Mail. i.e. if the browser has seen the URL the link is shown in a different
colour.
Keeping track of whether the mail has been read in Pony Mail so that it
could be synchronised across browsers would require potentially huge amounts of
data to be stored.
