Bug: stats.lua - inconsistent output between slow_count = true/false
The output generated by stats.lua depends on whether slow_count is true or
false.
As far as possible it should be the same.
When slow_count == true;
- json.emails entries don't have gravatars
- participants names have trailing spaces
- participants entries have id entries. These are not used by the
Javascript.
