What is the purpose of the slow_count option in stats.lua?
AFAICT this is an optional means of counting the top10 senders.
It seems to use much the same data as the default, except that it uses
from_raw instead of from.
Does it add any value?
If not, it should be dropped, as it complicates the code (which is already
very long).
