Bug: absolute URLs must be prefixed with URLBase in JS files
Pony Mail is designed to be used from any level of a webserver, not just
the top level.
The URLBase config variable is defined for this purpose in JS files.
There are several instances of href='/oauth.html' which need to be fixed
