If the response contains fewer emails than maxResults, then there has been
no truncation.
Otherwise it's not possible to be specific at present; truncation may or
may not have occurred.
If a normal query (not scan/scroll) has been used it's only possible to say
that truncation may have occurred.
For the scan/scroll case it depends how #334 is resolved, but in general
it's not possible to determine if any emails have been omitted without knowing
how many emails are visible to the user.
