Bug: code should delete scroll id after use
As per:
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/2.1/search-request-scroll.html#_clear_scroll_api
the scroll id should be released as soon as it is no longer needed, rather
than waiting for timeout to occur.
