Cookie should use httpOnly and Secure
The cookie would be more secure if it were httpOnly and Secure.
Adding Secure would make local testing slightly more involved as it would
either require setting up an HTTPS server or temporarily changing the code to
comment out the Secure setting, but neither of these is particularly hard to do.
