Should lid be included in the id hash?
It seems unnecessary to include the lid in the generated id hash, given
that it is already included as the id suffix.
Either drop the suffix, or exclude the lid from the hash.
It's only possible to do this for generators that have not yet been
released, e.g. redundant and any others that might be defined in future.
