sebbASF commented on issue #498: 404 on private list link should prompt login URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-ponymail/issues/498#issuecomment-513494202 In the case of a non-public list, the user does get a prompt regarding login, e.g. https://lists.apache.org/[email protected] The same message is printed for lists that don't exist (as in the example) or lists that exist, but are private. At present non-public thread links don't produce any output. Seems to me it would be better if they behaved like the list URL
