[~umamaheswararao] [~jmclean] Thanks for explanation. I think "Or the
suggestion is just to abstract it out with href link where we keep different
display text instead of direct link itself as display text" is easy to do. The
previous release was put in
https://downloads.apache.org/incubator/ratis/1.0.0/, and it's hard to move them
all into https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi. Maybe we can use link
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi when we release the next version. What do
you think ?
