Description:
When I try to release ratis 2.0.0 following the
[guide|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/plugins/servlet/mobile?contentId=120738268#content/view/120738268],
first execute ./dev-support/make_rc.sh prepare-src, it succeed, but when I
execute ./dev-support/make_rc.sh prepare-bin, it failed, the error as
following shows.
