Hi [~szetszwo] [~yjxxtd] [~shashikant] Thanks for your work on Ratis Streaming.
Recently we did a comparative test on Streaming and HDFS.
The results look very good. RATIS Streaming can achieve performance consistent
with HDFS（Streaming performs slightly better）. The RATIS Streaming uses less
CPU and more Memory. [Test

Now we think it is time to start the implementation of Ozone Streaming Write
