[~sebb], thanks a lot for pointing out the problem and filing this JIRA.
[~adoroszlai], thanks for reviewing the pull requests.
Both asf-site-source and asf-site pull requests are now merged. I also have
checked https://ratis.apache.org/downloads.html . It has the correct link to
the KEYS now.
