After RATIS-1372, "numClients" is added as a required parameter, whose default
value is 0.
By following the existing README.md in ratis-example, running client.sh for
filestore will throw such exception "Wrong parameters: The following option is
required: [--numClients]". (Before running client.sh, I've run start-all.sh to
start 3 servers.)
