in our cluster, we use cosbench to create about 4000 threads to send requests
to s3g , and we find that s3g takes more and more memory . what`s more, after
we stop cosbench, s3g did not release the memory. after investigation, we find
that, ratis client hold too much metrics info. so this Jira make it
configurable to enable metrics
