Description: in our cluster, we use cosbench to create about 4000 threads
to send requests to s3g , and we find that s3g takes more and more memory .
what`s more, after we stop cosbench, s3g did not release the memory. after
investigation, we find that, ratis client hold too much metrics info. so this
