Thanks for your help. But I doubt that it might not be the root cause of this
problem, here's a little more context about my situation:
* The cluster has size of 5 but only 3 of them is started, ie. two nodes are
stopped
* Only the leader node has high cpu usage, and last for very long time, you
can take a look at the monitoring below. Somehow it keeps high cpu load even in
the middle night, and after I started the missing nodes(at 10), it returns to
normal.

So I guess somehow a dead lock happens? Also, when it happens I noticed that
there's another thread trying to acquire a lock:

I'll try to reproduce it.
