Recently we were using sonarCloud to improve the IoTDB code quality, and we
found a lot of Ratis code with similar issues. If the Ratis community thinks it
is necessary, I am willing to devote some time and effort to fixing issues
reported in sonar, both to further improve the quality of the code for ratis
and to avoid potential problems.
