Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I'm going to be ruthless and resolve this one since it doesn't look
reproducible.
Also I want to point out that default GC in JDK8 and JDK11 are different. We
encountered performance difference with HBase and HDFS because with larger
heaps, the default GC in JDK11, which is G1GC performs worse.
