Fix SonarCloud issues:
bq. The version of Java (11.0.21) you have used to run this analysis is
deprecated and we will stop accepting it soon. Please update to at least Java
17.
bq. Shallow clone detected during the analysis. Some files will miss SCM
information. This will affect features like auto-assignment of issues. Please
configure your build to disable shallow clone.
