* Remove some unnecessary {{\@SuppressFBWarnings}}.
* Remove dependency on {{spotbugs-annotations}}.
* Remove usage of {{javax.annotation}} coming from {{jsr305}}, which is a
transitive dependency via {{spotbugs-annotations}}.
