- Remove the unnecessary {{synchronized}} when replying appendEntriesAsync
- Fix @SuppressWarnings("checkstyle:parameternumber")
- Use ServerStringUtils to convert proto to strings.
- Add specific error messages when the remote peer is not recognized as leader.
