[~weiming], we will include zero copy in the coming 3.2.0 release.  There are 
some test failures such as RATIS-2105.  Once they have been fixed, we can start 
rolling the 3.2.0 release.  I guess it should be within one or two months.

BTW, it would be great if you could help fixing the test failures.  Please let 
me know if you are interested.
