* It is currently unclear whether the gap is caused by taking snapshots when
closing RaftServer or replaying logs when RaftServer is restarted. However, it
can be determined that the segment with gap in the description is outdated
because the index is less than the snapshotIndex
* There is no manual execution of Segment deletion, and it is not ruled out
that cleaning Segments starts from a larger index. If so, there is indeed a
possibility of a gap.
