There are some flaky tests that frequently fail in CI. Re-running the entire
_unit (...)_ check is wasteful. It may not be successful for a few attempts,
as various tests may fail in each re-try.
The goal of this task is to:
- introduce {{@Flaky}} annotation
- identify tests failing recently and tag them as flaky
- configure surefire to automatically re-run flaky tests few times until
successful
