## What changes were proposed in this pull request? After RATIS-2329, [NettyRpcProxy](https://github.com/apache/ratis/blob/master/ratis-netty/src/main/java/org/apache/ratis/netty/NettyRpcProxy.java#L131) will close connection in exceptionCaught, NettyClient#writeAndFlush should support throwing AlreadyClosedException. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RATIS-2329 ## How was this patch tested?
