ReadOnlyRequestTests include test cases
- Normal (non-Linearizable),
- Linearizable and
- Linearizable with Leader Lease.
However, the conf may be set and reset correctly for each case. This JIRA is
to refactor it into separated classes.
(The will improve the success rate from ~90/100 to ~97/100 but not completely
solve RATIS-2350.)
