> If the tool is in Ratis, it could let the applications such as Ozone pass a function for doing the replacement. I agree this would probably be the best thing long term. We can file a Jira for this and migrate Ozone when it is ready. In the mean time I think we can keep using the regex workaround to identify log segments rather than the private package approach.
