Description:
[~XiChen] found that AtomicFileOutputStream write is slow because the `
write(byte b[], int off, int len)` uses FilterOutputStream implementation which
calls write(byte b) multiple for each byte.
We should override this API and forward it to the underlying OutputStream
instead.
