Summary: Clean up supplemental-models.xml

Clean up {{ratis-resource-bundle/src/main/resources/supplemental-models.xml}}.
- Some projects are no longer depended upon, can be removed (e.g.
{{org.apache.tomcat:annotations-api}}, {{log4j:log4j}}, there may be more).
- {{netty-all}} was replaced with individual modules.
Questions:
- Some dependencies (e.g. grpc, gson, opencensus, opentelemetry, reload4j) are
missing, why?
- Can we take information about transitive dependencies from the direct
dependencies? If not, can we at least do that for {{ratis-thirdparty}}?
- Do we really need to include test dependencies?
