Description: Fix `GrpcLogAppender.InstallSnapshotResponseHandler` to
properly handle `SNAPSHOT_EXPIRED` install-snapshot replies by calling
`removePending(reply)` and `setAttemptedToInstallSnapshot()`, matching other
terminal snapshot results such as `SNAPSHOT_UNAVAILABLE` and `SUCCESS`.
