Thanks [~VinayBanakar] to address the issue. Just two questions:

1. Do we really need to kill with -9 instead of the normal kill? (If yes, IMHO 
we need to fix it in a separated jira)
2. Do we need the lines which are commented out? (...+ # Less harsher way to
