The other "want' I have would be some way we can verify that the tcnative code
works inside of thirdparty alone.
[~xyao], do you know enough about Netty that we could write a unit test inside
of ratis-thirdparty directly? This would help us avoid the problem of core
Ratis or Ozone breaking, but we don't know it in ratis-thirdparty.
