In Ratis, the when a client submits the request, it comes with a call id .
Also, when log appender sends a append request to follower , it generates a
call id of its own. It seems confusing in the log messages to decipher which
call id , its being referred and it would be good idea to change the id which
log appender id generates to appendId.
