Ratnasingam Kasthuriraajan commented on ROCKETMQ-379:

I have done a search on AMQP  . I have found *Apache ActiveMQ* use the AMQP. Do
we try to  an approach like that or in a different way?

Could you please suggest some references to play with current support protocols
of RocketMQ ?

> The Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) is an open standard application
> layer protocol for message-oriented middleware. The defining features of AMQP
> are message orientation, queuing, routing (including point-to-point and
> publish-and-subscribe), reliability and security.
> Support AMQP protocol for RocketMQ has important significance, could expand
> RocketMQ ecosystem quickly.
> A feasible way is providing a proxy to support AMQP protocol.
