The deployment of two sets of online order system, running for a long time, 
suddenly found today have a queue in the blocking state, not the consumer, 
there is a normal, I checked, that a system operation is normal.

线上环境部署了两套订单系统，运行很长时间了，突然今天发现有一套处于队列阻塞状态，不消费了，还有一个正常，我检查了下，那一台系统运行都是正常的。之前是另外的系统，今天是订单系统，已经出现了好几次了。
