I need to do some experiments with command only. I hadn't thought about FlashDevelop's Java process getting in the way. I didn't include the end of the build process since their wasn't any warning or errors. I'll make sure I have windows defender turned off and go command line only to see what I get. I'll let you know when I have more info.
