There are partial words and lines have been cut-off so it is impossible to determine what is going on. It appears that you are trying to build your code inside the repo folder. This is risky in that if you are not careful, you might commit your company's code to the repo. You should work in folders outside of the repo. Copy the folder structure including examples/build_examples.xml. You may have to set some Ant properties but it will eventually work and be safer.
