   Go to Fixed Assets from Select in Menu
   Go to Authorized Person from Setups in Menu
   File : com/dbz/modules/FA/dbzAuthorizedPerson.mxml
   dbzAuthorizedPerson is using a lib file dbzSetupList.mxml
