Earlier I noticed that my PR wasn't linked to my issue (https://github.com/apache/sedona/issues/2004) automatically, so I had to go through and search for my PR separately. It seems like the [GH-XXX] header doesn't link it for us. If we can't, I instead propose we change the [PR template](https://github.com/apache/sedona/blob/0cc15219df331cb7c36e35bde0f1babf053961e0/.github/pull_request_template.md) to explicitly prompt the developer to link their issue in the description (e.g `"closes #XXX"`). I actually like this idea either way because there would still be no link to go from PR to issue quickly with just the [GH-XXX] header in the PR.
