Personally, when I look to contribute to an OSS project. The `CONTRIBUTING.md` is the first place I look for dev env setup. The current one doesn't include any of that. Files I think we should link to: - [develop.md](https://github.com/apache/sedona/blob/1eb5769be3b1ab7266a9dcecc6e3407ba28ab57a/docs/community/develop.md) - [compile.md](https://github.com/apache/sedona/blob/1eb5769be3b1ab7266a9dcecc6e3407ba28ab57a/docs/setup/compile.md) I find the first one helpful for java dev. The second is useful for python dev. I think this could be improved, but for now, let's just link to both. Also, I'd consider removing the current content, since a lot of it is generic to any OSS project. Having too much content on this page could make it easier to miss the important Sedona-specific stuff (discord link and development guides).
