Added theme toggle to the documentation website allowing users to switch between automatic/light/dark modes. Updated [mkdocs.yml](vscode-file://vscode-app/Applications/Visual%20Studio%20Code.app/Contents/Resources/app/out/vs/code/electron-browser/workbench/workbench.html) with Material theme palette configuration supporting three modes with toggle icons in the header.
