Closes #376. Briefly, this ensures that internal errors that result from our code don't output a message encouring users to open issues in DataFusion's issue tracker! We had replaced many instances already...these are the ones that remained. Also I updated some "internal" errors to "execution" errors like malformed WKT (which is not internal, it's a result of the user's data). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
