No: - this is a documentation update. The PR name follows the format `[DOCS] my subject` ## What changes were proposed in this PR? Remove the "Download statistics" section from `docs/setup/overview.md` and its Chinese translation `docs/setup/overview.zh.md`. The PyPI, Conda-forge, CRAN, and DockerHub badges on https://sedona.apache.org/latest/setup/overview/ have all stopped rendering reliably, leaving the table mostly blank for visitors. Since the table provided no useful content beyond the badges themselves, the cleanest fix is to drop the section entirely. ## How was this patch tested? Visual inspection of the updated markdown.
