Ok, I think this is now doing what I hoped it would do: fail lazily but still upload wheels (so that we have some hope of replicating the failures!). The windows failure here I had to spend some time nailing down because it's a crash on exit (maybe while destroying a Tokio context) so there's no failed test to point to. I am a little skeptical that now the other jobs seem to be passing; however, I also can't find any indication of failure in the logs. In the next few rounds of actually fixing the wheel failures we'll have to keep a close eye on the logs (there is a chance that the project is copied rather than mounted at the point where the test file is created. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
