Starts the DataFusion 55 upgrade from #1204, aligning Arrow/Parquet 59.3, object_store 0.13, and adapting expression, aggregate, metadata-cache, and GeoParquet logical-type APIs. GeoParquet compiles and 45/65 tests pass. Remaining reader tests expose the expected Morsel API migration; the workspace also needs GeoArrow/Arrow alignment in sedona-pointcloud and DataFusion trait/protobuf updates in sedona-extension.
